P90X

The program that started it all!

P90X is the program that began my love for Beachbody products. With P90X my wife and I lost over 70 pounds combined. The muscle confusion, mixed in with an easy to follow nutrition plan, helped us not only lose a large amount of body fat, but we gained a lot of significant amount of muscle. The program not only made us fitter, stronger, healthier, it made us happier, more energetic, and youthful.

Thanks to P90X my wife and I are able to keep up with our children. We are able to outlast them. With the skills we have learned and applied from P90X we are able to pass on the information to others and teach our children how to live a healthy life. Not only were we taking care of ourselves, we are setting an example for generations to come.
